Stephen you are right, it is so easy to take our health for granted. Many of us wait until there is a problem before we sit up and make some changes. The older I get the more I value my health because I am acutely aware of the changes I experience along the way. Just the other day I noticed that when I wake up I can no longer just pick up something and read. It takes my eyes a good half an hour to adjust and focus on the printed words. Ar first I was bit alarmed but now I just make sure I am thankful for my eyes every day.

I love the Slight Edge methodology. It is awesome once you start to understand the whole enchilada of the book.
